In a Northwest State of Mind Again
About one half mile from my house, at the corner of East Main and Walker St., this is the view you will see. I travel by it everyday. It is an iconic northwest scene, a wide expanse of open hills with brilliant, clean skies, lazy cows, old barns and overgrown blackberry bushes. You can feel the chill in air. It looks different in each season but I think this fall scene is my favorite (I say that until the next season).
